Tobin Koziol serves as President of Helix Real Estate Management, where he oversees all strategic initiatives and operations of the company.
Tobin entered the world of property management as a client, initially, but subsequently founded Helix in response to the shortcomings of traditional property management methods, which created challenges in his own projects. Seeing avoidable pitfalls and antiquated processes yielding subpar performance, Tobin looked to create a property management solution able to keep pace with today’s ever-changing real estate landscape. As a result, he founded Helix Real Estate Management, a firm dedicated to offering tenants and owners a hassle-free experience by leveraging cutting-edge software and modernizing outdated industry practices.
After forming Helix, Tobin managed or served as principal for over 50 value-add multifamily projects, effectively navigating the COVID-19 pandemic and unprecedented landlord/tenant legislation. With an unwavering commitment to transforming concepts into thriving communities, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver exceptional properties with lasting value.
An avid golfer and lifelong Lakers fan, Tobin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California - Los Angeles, a Juris Doctor from University of Southern California, and a real estate broker’s license for the state of California.
