Anna Fonseca is responsible for all aspects of on-site and company operations for Helix Real Estate Management. She leads a dedicated team focused on enhancing resident and owner satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency at every Helix property. Anna’s proven abilities in problem-solving and strategic planning make her an invaluable asset to residents, property owners, and the Helix team.

Prior to Helix, Anna worked at CPM One Source, where she managed all aspects of company operations, including order and personnel management, job costing, and crew dispatch. Before CPM, she was a Senior Dispatcher and Supervisor with the Automobile Club of Southern California. 

Fluent in Portuguese, Anna is also a licensed notary public in the State of California.
