Managing Director, Business Development & Investor Relations

Adam Targan is responsible for strategic partnerships and investor relations for Helix Real Estate Management.  His proven track record and proactive communication style have helped him form invaluable relationships over a decade-long career in commercial real estate. With a drive to deliver on strategic initiatives and promote portfolio growth, Adam now looks to build on his relationships to further Helix’s expansion.

Prior to becoming Managing Director, Adam handled the daily operations for over 40 assets in the Helix portfolio, with responsibilities ranging from contract negotiation, to construction and project management, to interfacing with property owners and residents alike. Before coming to Helix, Adam worked at Beitler Commercial Realty Services as a commercial real estate broker and asset manager for one of the largest private developers in Los Angeles.

An avid trivia buff and diehard Dodgers fan, Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California.
